The World Academy of Paradiplomacy and International Cooperation (WAP) is pleased to invite you to the WAP - 2012 Las Vegas Annual Convention.

To participate in the conference you need to have your research paper accepted for presentation and/or publication.

The WAP-2012 Las Vegas Annual Convention will receive participants from all over the world. At the conferences, the academy offers an international forum to present research papers and hold other scholarly events. The WAP promotes the exchange of ideas in research, teaching, public policies and the best enterprise practices through formal presentations of research, discussions, seminars, and publication of scholarly journals.  


The two WAP double-blind peer-reviewed journals are the Journal Of International Cooperation™ (JIC) and the Review of Paradiplomacy Research™ (RPR).
